The Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Shinji Shimada ; here after "B. LEAGUE") will hold the "B. LEAGUE Hope ASIA Jr.CLINIC MANILA Supported by POCARI SWEAT" basketball program for boys and girls in Manila, Philippines.

B.LEAGUE aims to continue contributing to the local community in the Philippines. The clinic will also work with the local subsidiary of in cooperation with B.LEAGUE’s supporting company, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., whose POCARI SWEAT is widely consumed in the Philippines. The children will be taught not only basketball skills, but also the importance of proper fluids and electrolytes through fun games.
" B.LEAGUE Hope ASIA Jr. CLINIC MANIRA Supported by POCARI SWEAT" will be instructed by Filipino player Rhon Jhay Abarrientos, who plays for the SHINSHUBRAVE WARRIORS, and Jolo Tamayo, who is also a coach for Filipino players in the B.
