On February 7th, before a big announcement the HIROSHIMA DRAGONFLIES launched an English Twitter account, which was the first-ever as a B.LEAGUE club. The first-ever tweet started with the message of "Hello everyone! This is the official account of Hiroshima Dragonflies. This page will contain our news and informations to boosters overseas."
After their launch of the official english account, HIROSHIMA DRAGONFLIES followed up with the news of the signing of filipino player, Kai Sotto.
Kai Sotto just finished playing in the Australian National Basketball League (NBL) on Sunday, February 5th. He played two seasons with the Adelaide 36ers, and their official account celebrated the signing quote retweeting the announcement with a message of "Good Luck Kai Sotto in Japan!"
20 year old, Kai Sotto has previously declared for the NBA Draft and continues to be a prospect with many organizations keeping an eye on. His new team, HIROSHIMA DRAGONFLIES has promised all the support they can provide for him in accomplishing the dream of becoming an NBA player and providing daily updates in english should help his prospects going forward.
